Method 1) From a patient's card, tap the 'New Claim' button to create a new claim.

Claim details :
Select a Billing Item – search by number or description and select the appropriate billing code:
Next, add a Diagnosis – search ICD9s and select up to three diagnoses:
Fill in any other information, hit Save and you're done!
