If you've recently updated your direct deposit information but you've received another payment by cheque, or the payment was put into your old account, don't worry – this is usually just an issue with timing.
MSP typically takes 7-10 business days to process documents, and your change might have been made after the most recent cut-off date. Due to these two factors, updates to your payment information may take weeks to take effect.
