You will never lose payments by connecting to another billing service. A single payment number can only be connected to one billing service or EMR at a time. If you apply for an additional payment number there will be no impact on your other billings.

If you wish to stop billing with your current service, your payments will still follow you but the original claim information will not be available to us if we need to resubmit any refused claims.
