If you're an MOA, Office Admin or Assistant and billing for someone else, watch this quick tutorial to make sure you're doing it right!

Before beginning, please make sure you've connected with our team to ensure your team or clinic setup has been completed.


Review this quick tutorial that will walk you through adding a claim on behalf of someone else.

The Steps are Simple

  1. Make sure you're signed in on the Web App and not the mobile App.

  2. Once you're signed in, click on "Teams" followed by "New Claim."

  3. Type in the name of the doctor you're billing for (or use the scroll-down menu to find them). 

  4. Make sure the correct payee number is selected.

  5. Continue adding a claim as normal. 

Important Note:  

You need to create a new claim from the "Teams" tab and not the "Claims" tab. If you click on "Claims" and then "New Claim" you will create the claim under your name as opposed to the doctor's.
