Surgical Assist via Telelplan should include the following.
Billing for the surgical assist 00195/196/197 as per the $ value of surgery performed by the surgeon.
Worksafe Surgical assist - Level 1/2/3/4 is billed on top of these fees and must include times.
Call-out is permitted as well as continuing care [surgical bonus] if permitted based on the time of the call.
Payments will denied if the are lacking times, or they have not received a copy of the OR REPORT as required on file for this to be paid. HINT: The operative report must be received within twenty (20) business days of the date of surgery, and is a requirement for WorkSafeBC to process payment.
