Why are you seeing this on your dashboard and your claims and what does it mean?

Dr. Bill is designed that you are able to begin entering and saving claims from the day you sign up for our platform! That being said, claims will be saved but not submitted until you are formally connected to Dr.Bill.

You are likely to see this notice as a banner at the top of your dashboard, or next to your claims in the "Claims" tab.

If you are confident that you have completed the necessary steps to get you connected (paperwork in AB and BC, and OPS BPS in ON), this notice will go away once your connection is processed, and claim submission will begin following our provincial submission schedules.

If you're feeling unsure, please contact our agents at help@dr-bill.ca who can assist you with your connection questions, and provide you with a more accurate timeline of when to expect this notice to go away.
