Why Do I Have Pending Invoices?

Have you recently logged in to your Dr.Bill account and hit this:

This is a paywall, you've hit this because you have pending invoices for your subscription to Dr.Bill.

To clarify, Dr.Bill calculates your invoicing based on a percentage of paid claims in a billing cycle, depending on your chosen plan (Comprehensive at 1.95% or Essentials at 0.25%).

We do not take our portion from your ministry payments. In fact, we don't even have access to this! Your payments for claims come directly from the ministry and we only report on them, and then calculate a percentage based on your payment.

To review your current subscription with Dr.Bill, navigate to "Subscription" in the account drop-down when you are logged in to app.dr-bill.ca:


To review your active, outstanding or historical invoices, navigate to "Reports" > Invoices:


At this time, Dr.Bill only accepts payments via Credit Card. We do not accept Visa Debit or e-transfer at this time.
