  1. To submit a claim, you will first need to set the patient as good faith on the patient profile. Please note that good faith claims can currently only be submitted on the web and not the mobile app.

  2. You will be prompted to complete the address information for the patient. Please note that this information is required for the claim to be paid. Save the information that you've entered on the patient profile.

  3. Next, if you are creating a new claim, the claim will automatically be set to good faith once the patient's profile is set to good faith. If you are resubmitting a refused claim as good faith, set the individual claim to good faith by clicking the "edit" button on the claim and selecting good faith.

  4. Once you have updated both the patient's profile and the individual claim to good faith and ensure that the address information is completed on the patient's profile, you can then submit the claim by clicking the "submit to AHCIP" button. If the patient has multiple claims.

  5. Please do not include text on good faith claims unless necessary to ensure that the claim is not held for manual review.
