You can add the patient via our app or the website. When you do, you can indicate that they are to be billed privately. Add their contact information and any relevant insurance information, but otherwise add a claim as you normally would.
Note: We charge 25% of any recovered claims for private billing.
On the app you can do this by manually adding the patient information and tapping Private under Type of Insurance. If it's a label snap, take the picture of the label and select the Edit option (top right), now you can change the Insurance Type and add the contact information.
