If you come across this problem, please connect with our team at help@dr-bill.ca and let us know the name of the referring practitioner (along with Billing Number if you have it) and we will add them to the database accordingly.

Once our team confirms they have been added, refresh your account and you'll be able to access this physician when adding a referring practitioner.
